2019 mood hope this year brings all of u light ✨
logging off social media until the new year arrives. for those who don’t wanna read this long post, here are some nice moments from this year. for those who do, here’s my sappy reflective new years post: the other day, i found some notes in my phone of thoughts I wrote down during breakdowns I had this year and I had to stop reading bc they were very dark and heartbreaking. it’s crazy how quick your conscious is to show you negativity and how goddamn long it takes to build yourself back up. i try to be careful around speaking about mental health bc i don’t know if my solutions will be your solutions. i don’t want my problems to seem less/more than yours. i don’t want it to hinder progress or make it seem as though it will. i’m slowly realizing that these mental/emotional issues can build up when ignored and that most human beings are going through some form of it!! so yep I’m not alone and neither are u (so let’s be a lil kinder, ya?) i’m still finding solutions that work for me and learning that taking care of myself doesn’t always mean I need to do it alone (shoutout to my beautiful friends) will i still set some unrealistic goals for 2019? probably. but hey we all deserve a lil more than what we usually give ourselves. •• cheers to working more efficiently, taking care of myself, and not being afraid in 2019 (and releasing lots of music) ok BYE see u next year 🎊
